Andrew Powell is the “Enforcer” of the Classic world. Legends tell of him straightening out tenants that some said were beyond hope. In fact, many owners speak of him in hushed reverent tones of gratitude, thanking him for making sure their rent is on time. As chief rent-collector/2nd in command, Andrew ensures that the ship captained by Big John sails without stow-aways.
Jon Mitchell is the “New Owner Guy” at Classic and is responsible for helping owners that would rather not deal with the rental process, and helping them to see the property owner’s paradise that is Classic Property Management. Although he is the only team member not related to Big John, he earns his keep by maintaining the happiest owners in the Santa Clarita area and making sure the “Roomba” cleans the office carpet…
Debbie McKean is the engine that drives this ship. She is the cruise director that keeps all of Classic’s guests sailing smoothly through the storms of maintenance requests, applications, and paperwork that batter the rental industry. Without her, Classic would not be the top rated customer service management company that we are today!
